When the sun is blazing, and temptatures are sky rocketing, there's honestly no better way to beat the heat than cranking the A.C, popping in some classic movies, and of course drinking a yummy cocktail. Today I bring you 3! Count em 3 amazing cocktails all based off the 1987 cult classic Summer School!

The Wondermutt

1 oz.  Light rum

2 oz. Pineapple juice

1 oz.  Blue Curacao

1 oz. Creme de coconut 

1 slice pineapple 

1 cherry.

Chainsaw and Dave's bloody massacre!

1 oz. Light rum

1 oz.  Malibu coconut rum

2 oz. Strawberries

1 banana 

2 oz. Pineapple juice

2 oz. coconut cream

Mind Over Matter

1 oz. light rum

1/2 oz. Orgeat simple syrup

1/2 oz. Triple sec

 1 1/2 oz.  Sweet & sour mix

1 cherry.

Enjoy and drink until you drop!!!
