Just today I saw that some people from HorrorHound were asked to do a list in their eyes of the most underrated 13 best horror movies to have been released in the last 13 years. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I've made a list of my personal favorite top 13 horror movies that have been released since the year 2000.
