October Movie recommendations!!!
Over the course of the last few weeks I reached out to some of my favorite artists, companies, friends, actors, directors, writers, and fellow horror fans asking them what are their personal favorite top movies to watch in October are? These films didn't have to be horror, but movies that they feel are staples to watch durning this time of year. I honestly can't thank everyone who took part and gave me their answers. I found them very fascinating, and love the shared love of this very special time of year. Still, there just happens to be some titles you just can't help but watching in October. Let it be your favorite episodes of Tales From The Crypt, and Friday the 13th the series. Maybe the Halloween movies? Or lesser known films like Hauntedween and Offerings? Let's see who has similar taste!!!

Hocus Pocus - Probably the greatest halloween movie of all time.
Poltergeist - I didn't watch horror much growing up, but my family and I love this film.
A Nightmare On Elm Street - I held out and worked hard to not make it number 1. A classic!
Halloweentown - Reminds me of the good old days. So much fun!
Tales Of Halloween - I'm a sucker for Halloween anthologies and this is another fun one with a great cast!
The Hollow - Not a great film, I'll admit, but this used to be on ABC family all the time and it takes me back to days when ABC Family had so many good "Halloween" movies on.
When Good Ghouls Go Bad - Filling this final spot was tough, but it's another oldie but a goodie that used to be on ABC Family. Took me years to figure out what this film was.

I also love watching A Nightmare On Elm Street durning October since I remember it always played on TV in the late 80's almost as soon as it came on VHS and was always touted on TV as a "big deal"
